Before Warp 5, building your own package.dat file
wasn't that hard, but with the new update bringing
in dependency handling, the format has changed.
Basically, the package.dat file is a complex table:
{
 package_name = {         -- The root structure ID
  apis = {                -- Files put in /usr/api
