Make a bunch of changes

This commit:
- inlines some functions
- adds PKGBUILD debugging support
- renames of functions to avoid makepkg function collisions
- renames of configuration variables
- a smol logging facility
- changes some if statements
- fixes of some bugs
- makes the code a bit smaller
