Hi!

Welcome to my personal webspace! Here's a little "menu" for just you:
[ABOUT ME] [PROJECTS] [LINKS & CONTACT]

About me

I'm JeremyStar™, a developer from Lower Saxony, Germany. I founded the StarOpenSource Project, which aims at developing free and open source software (FLOSS) and the StarBuildTeam, which builds cool Minecraft maps (look at the background!).

Music

I like to listen to music from ReeK, Camellia, Dakku, ColBreakz, Kou!, Juggernaut., t+pazolite, USAO and a few other artists.
You can check out my music playlist here (out of date as Piped won't let me add videos, see why here).

Computers

I started developing programs at the age of about nine, with a Minecraft Bukkit plugin. Since then, I've learned how to develop programs and applications in other languages, how to manage a server, create games and other various other skills.

I've even taken part in the GamesTalente competition, submitted a game prototype (I had two months to make a game but learned Godot, GDScript and gamedev in general and made my first game, Jessist, in two weeks), and got under the Top 50.

Video games

I also like playing video games. My favorites are Minecraft, GTA V, osu!(standard), SRB 2, A Short Hike and many others. I am also currently playing through the Half-Life series.

Personal projects

I am not only developing StarOpenSource software, but also stuff like MCServerDocker (dockerized and customizable Minecraft server setup), pihole-docker (dockerized Pi-hole setup) and osu!boot (wrapper for osu!lazer, downloads and executes the AppImage automatically).

I also maintain several AUR packages, them being linux-clear (Linux kernel with Clear Linux performance patches), mediadownloader-git (for downloading media off various sites) and amethyst-player-git (media player written in NodeJS).

Here's a little list of links that you can use to stalk me (please don't do that to me):

What powers this website?

Hugo & Blowfish, because I don't like web development, it looks nice and is lightweight. You can look at the source here.
