Disclaimer
This documentation page only covers the most important licensing question. If you want to read more about the GNU General Public License Version 3, read this.
Note
Under modified CORE copy we understand a CORE installation that has been modified in any way (config.gd is excluded). If you modified anything else than the config.gd file in the res://CORE/ folder, you have a modified CORE copy.

Do I need to publish a modified CORE copy?
If your project is private, no. But if you are publishing or sharing a application/game that uses a modified CORE copy, you are required to publish the modified CORE code under the GNU General Public License v3. Read more...
Can I change the license of my CORE fork?
